Meet Eva
Space Holder | Creative | Psychologist

What began as a psychology practice is now a living, breathing sanctuary—for soul awakening, intuitive creativity, and spiritual freedom.

I’m Eva.
My journey has never followed a straight line. It’s always been a dance between the visual arts, music, psychology, performance … between motherhood, travel, creativity, and a deep devotion to the unseen layers of life. I've never really fit into a box, unless I was hiding in one to avoid small talk at parties.

As a psychologist for almost two decades, I know what it is like to hold space for insight, transformation and the slow, sacred work of healing. I honour all that psychology has taught me —how patterns form, how trauma lives in the body, and how healing unfolds in safe, attuned spaces. But I’ve come to see psychology as a landing pad. A place where we can unpack our stories, understand the shape of our pain, and feel witnessed in our humanity. And yet - we are not meant to live on the landing pad.

Eventually I began to realise that while self-understanding is incredibly powerful (Know Thyself!) — even addictive in the modern era — it can leave us circling ourselves endlessly. It is equally important not just to understand who we are, but to remember who we were before the world told us who we should be. Before the labels, the programming, roles and systems, and before the endless cycles of self-improvement and personal development.
This is a shift from:
-
Constant healing → embodied wholeness
-
Endlessly fixing yourself → to just being more of yourself.
It's knowing that after we land, we're meant to rise up.

Weaved throughout this journey, I've simultaneously nurtured my life as a visual and performing artist. My creativity is one of my deepest medicines, and this path has included art exhibitions, public installations, music recordings, live stage performance, and a children’s book - all in a very non-linear and coffee-fuelled way.

But beyond all the titles and roles, I’ve always been magnetised to the deeper currents of the human experience since I was very young. That longing led me into yoga, Human Design, energy work, embodiment practices, and the chaotic journey of spiritual awakening.

What's emerged isn't a new profession— just new way of being. One that's intuitive (and yes evidence-based), activated, and a lot more me.

Let the beauty we love be what we do. Rumi
